My name is Andrew Taylor. I was born in England and I have two great children, as you can see by the photo of the three of us at Donner Pass. In 1996, I moved to the United States, where I lived and worked in Silicon Valley.
After a few weekend trips to Lake Tahoe, I fell in love with the place and purchased a property back in 2003. Recently I made the commitment to live here full time, although I still work for Silicon Valley companies, as a marketing consultant, the Internet is a wonderful thing!

Taking photos has been a passion of mine for some time and as Lake Tahoe provides numerous photo opportunities it has inspired me to start Tahoe Photos.
My goal is to publish photos on a regular basis that will capture the amazing beauty of Lake Tahoe during the year, with perhaps a little commentary from myself.
To stay in the picture and receive email alerts of any new Tahoe Photos postings, please subscribe to Tahoe Photos by clicking on the ‘Email Alerts’ box in the side-bar. I would love to receive your comments on Tahoe Photos, so please use the ‘comment’ feature at the bottom of each photo.
And by the way, if you see a photo you really like and you are driven to purchase it, please click the Tahoe Photos Gallery tab or the link below. This will take you to SmugMug a professional service, where you will be able to order reprints, framed pictures and merchandise, as well as view additional Tahoe Photos.

Hi Andrew
your mum gave me details of your web site I am a cousin of yours in UK.
I am very much into family history research wondered if you could make contact with me to swap info re family etc.
Love the photos, the huge open spaces are wonderful, I have just returned to London from living in Australia and feel a bit like a caged lion with the vast number of cars noisy traffic and buildings one on top of another.
Hope to hear from you
very best wishes
Kay
